Sparkrock, a remote, global organization, seeks a Group Security & Compliance Manager to own customer trust and compliance across multiple portfolio companies. Drive SOC 2 Type II audits, build a customer trust portal, and own AI compliance with evolving frameworks.

You will lead security reviews, manage policies, and ensure incident communications while influencing revenue through trusted security posture.

Formación

• 6+ years in security GRC, customer trust, or SaaS compliance.
• Excellent spoken and written English; articulate in live calls with enterprise customers.
• SOC 2 audit experience as primary point of contact (Type II preferred).
• Working understanding of cloud security concepts; able to read and translate findings.
• Awareness of the AI compliance landscape and willingness to own it.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer security reviews, RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires with fast, accurate responses.
• Stand up and maintain a customer-facing trust portal with AI/ML section.
• Own SOC 2 Type II program management across portfolio companies; coordinate evidence with auditors.
• Author and maintain security policies and documentation (DPAs, sub-processor lists, incident-communication templates).
• Own AI compliance, including AI questionnaires, sub-processors, framework tracking, and AI incident communications.
• Run third-party vendor security reviews and renewals.
• Deliver internal security awareness training and onboard customers with security setup.
• Draft and coordinate customer-facing incident communications, including breach notifications.
