You will guide complex consulting engagements, build strong client relationships, and shape change agendas that span business and IT, aligning with Kyndryl's strategic vision.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
• Deep industry expertise in mining and energy sectors or banking/financial services.
• Proven track record leading complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public sector environments.
• Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins.
• Experience in high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders.
• Strong personal brand and presence in the industry with ability to innovate.
