Irwin Mitchell LLP is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Marketing & Digital Transformation team. You’ll support discovery, requirements gathering and mapping of customer journeys across marketing operations, CRM and digital platforms, translating stakeholder input into practical solutions.

You’ll collaborate with delivery teams to ensure changes meet business needs, engage stakeholders, and help drive improvements that enhance client experiences and workflows.

Formación

• Experience in transformation, technology or change environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience mapping processes or journeys.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and discovery activities.
• Gather, document and prioritise business requirements.
• Map customer journeys, processes and data flows.
• Support analysis across marketing operations, CRM and digital platforms.
• Work with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Translate feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Support solution design and assurance activities.
