Description

Senior Transformation Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to enterprise transformation efforts.
• Maintain predictive models from disparate datasets to support strategic decisions such as revenue burn analysis, employee turnover, and headcount forecasting.
• Support the design of executive-level reporting packs, surfacing relevant trends and data insights.
• Analyze workforce, cost, and operational data to uncover drivers of performance and areas of opportunity.
• Partner with Finance and People teams to ensure consistent use of data and alignment on core business metrics.
• Support business case development through financial modeling, ROI calculations, and comparative analysis of options and outcomes to inform strategic decision-making.
• Assist in maintaining standardized data models and definitions across multiple data sources and teams.
• Contribute to scenario modeling and ad‑hoc analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting outputs.
• Communicate findings in a clear and compelling way, both visually and verbally.
• Expert utilization of Powerpoint and Excel. Comfortable presenting data outcomes and trends to executive leaders.
