Medallia is seeking a world-class Release Engineer to design, drive, and own the delivery of Medallia platform and self-service products in Argentina. You will treat the release pipeline as a product, building internal tooling to empower engineering to ship faster and more reliably.

The role focuses on coordinating releases across portfolios and cadences from daily to quarterly, partnering with Product Development, Test Engineering, SRE, and Managed Services.

Formación

• Experience in CI/CD practices and deployment automation.
• Strong automation mindset and ability to replace manual work with code.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate releases across multiple portfolios and cadences from daily to quarterly.
• Design and build internal tooling to accelerate shipping and improve reliability.
• Identify bottlenecks and automate processes to reduce risk in production deployments.
• Collaborate with product, SRE, and test teams to ensure smooth releases.
