Formación

• 2+ years of anti-financial crime experience with a crypto background.
• Understanding of compliance operational functions and processes.
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with financial crimes.
• Familiarity with Google Suite applications, with emphasis on Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Familiarity and comfort utilizing AI and technology for automation.
• Familiarity with specific tools (Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM) and practices used in FIU.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Conducting financial investigations and writing SARs/STRs
• Monitor and proactively adjust to volume fluctuations, and effectively handle volume surges to maintain operational efficiency and compliance
