Sagan Recruitment is seeking a CRM Coordinator for a remote role across LATAM or the Philippines. The position is an independent contractor with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.

The ideal candidate has experience in operations, quality control, auditing or coordination, exceptional written English, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

POSITION: CRM Coordinator Location: Remote (LATAM or Philippines Preferred) Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST) Compensation: 1500 USD/month Note: Independent contractor position

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

• Previous experience in operations, quality control, auditing, coordination, administration, or a similar role.
• Excellent written English communication — this is a critical requirement.
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence communicating with a remote team.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly recognize when something doesn't look right.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable handling exceptions rather than simply following instructions.
• Highly organized, reliable, and self-directed.
• Able to manage recurring daily responsibilities consistently without constant supervision.
• Comfortable working with software systems and learning new platforms quickly.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required.
• HVAC industry experience is not required; we can teach the business context.
