Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of creative processes in marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve potential roadblocks.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess team capacity, redistribute tasks when necessary, and ensure resources are in place to meet objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Identify at-risk tasks using project tracking reports, elevate issues, and keep stakeholders updated on status.
• Optimize Processes: Spot inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance creative operations.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as the main touchpoint for internal teams, providing clear status updates and deadlines.
