Job summary

Flowserve is hiring an experienced Cost Accountant to support the local accounting/finance structure and collaborate with operations. The role involves month-end reporting, margin analysis, fixed asset accounting, and ownership of the standard costing system within a manufacturing context.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams, perform data analyses for cost and manufacturing, and take on additional duties as needed. Strong communication skills and English proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of cost accounting experience.
• Experience with month-end close processes.
• Experience with standard costing systems.

Responsibilities

• Month end reporting.
• Perform month end close for Inventory/Purchasing and Accounts Receivable close and reconciliation.
• Project accounting - monthly review margins and processing.
• Sales and margin analysis.
• Processing month end journals accruals/prepayments/recharges.
• Fixed Asset accounting.
• Reconcile month end bookings.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Standard costing system management and ownership.
• Data analysis for cost and manufacturing within the business.
• Other duties as assigned.
