Job summary

Flowserve is seeking an experienced Cost Accountant to support local accounting/finance activities, reporting to the Finance Manager. Based locally with the operations team, you will help other facilities if needed and ensure accurate cost management and reporting.

Responsibilities include month-end close, inventory and purchasing close, project accounting, margin analysis, and data analysis for cost and manufacturing. Strong Excel and English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Strong cost accounting knowledge and experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Clear and concise communications skills.
• Ability to challenge norms and improve processes.
• Systems knowledge: Oracle, BPC, SAP can be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Month end reporting.
• Close for Inventory/Purchasing and Accounts Receivable.
• Project accounting and monthly margin review.
• Sales and margin analysis.
• Journal accruals/prepayments/recharges.
