GrowthPair seeks a Creative Strategist to translate performance insights into ad concepts that convert. You’ll lead testing and direction across multiple eCommerce accounts, crafting data-backed hypotheses and scalable creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.

This fully remote, full-time role suits someone who blends creative instincts with performance thinking, collaborating with creators, editors, designers, and account managers to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience developing, optimizing, or directing paid social creative (eCommerce).
• Proven track record of creative that drives measurable results (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS).
• Strong portfolio of paid social creatives, especially UGC-style for TikTok/Meta.

Responsibilities

• Own the full creative strategy loop: hypothesis → test → learn → scale.
• Lead creative strategy and testing for 3–5 eCommerce brands across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms.
• Develop data-backed creative hypotheses, plan structured tests, and iterate quickly to scale winners.
• Write clear, actionable creative briefs for creators, editors, and designers.
• Review ad performance and identify winning angles and next-round opportunities.
• Partner with Account Managers to connect creative insights to campaign KPIs.
