Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor for the Commercial group to drive learning strategy, develop frameworks, and deliver onboarding and curricula across the commercial function. You will partner with business leaders and the People Partner team to close capability gaps and improve revenue‑related metrics.

The role focuses on building a scalable, evidence-based learning program, including performance support, content development, and governance.

Formación

• Experience designing and implementing training for experienced, client-facing professionals.
• Ability to align learning with adult learning principles and business goals.
• Proven collaboration with commercial leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the learning and enablement strategy for the commercial function, aligned to growth targets and client priorities.
• Build a foundational commercial learning framework including curricula and content standards.
• Design onboarding and ramp-up journeys to shorten time to productivity.
