Job summary

Baker Hughes seeks a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta region. You will drive the commercial strategy and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, engaging with operators and cross-functional teams to deliver value.

Ideal candidates bring deep directional drilling experience, strong technical-to-commercial translation, and a track record of growing service portfolios in shale basins.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage full sales cycle including prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Maintain CRM accuracy, forecasts, and customer intelligence.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality.
