Baker Hughes in Argentina seeks a Sales Coordinator - Technical Sales to lead commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive growth through customer engagement, technical excellence, and disciplined commercial execution, managing the full sales cycle and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires strong communication, data interpretation, and a proven track record in technical sales within shale

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
Experience working with operators in Vaca Muerta or other shale basins.
Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills translating technical information into commercial value.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
