J.P. Morgan is seeking a Collateral Services Analyst in Argentina to support end-to-end collateral management for syndicated and bilateral loan operations. You will engage internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain portfolio quality, contributing to the loan lifecycle with diligence and professionalism.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in conflict management and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.

• Attention to detail and organizational skills for loan processing.

Responsabilidades

• Process and maintain loan collateral documentation per guidelines and ensure compliance.
• Update and reconcile deal details across systems accurately and timely.
• Assist with attestations and updates to procedures and supporting documents.
• Review closed loan packages to confirm documentation meets regulatory requirements.
• Participate in staff and partner meetings.
• Identify documentation exceptions and communicate with internal/external partners to drive resolution.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in projects and working groups as needed.
• Provide continuous improvement ideas for the Upload/DR/Doc Collection process.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate with internal/external clients by phone and email.
• Notify Manager of inadequacies or issues to support proactive resolution.
• Other duties as assigned
