Chevron Global Business Services in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is seeking a Data Engineer to join the IT Organization. The role focuses on data ingestion, preparation and access to enable analytics and ML deployment. You will work with cloud technologies and collaborate with ML engineers to scale data solutions.

Successful candidates will bring 5+ years in data engineering, strong SQL/ETL skills, and experience with Azure data services within a global service center environment.

Formación

• BS in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• +5 years in Data Engineer role.
• Experience with ETL, data movement, and analytics architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Understand business data use and stakeholder requirements to support processes and objectives.
• Leverage data, software engineering and data science to enable data accessibility and analytics.
• Ingest, prepare and store data; develop data products aligned with architecture.
• Normalize and ingest data from multiple sources.
• Enable data scientists with data for advanced analytics models.
• Collaborate with ML Engineer to scale and deploy solutions.
• Contribute to internal tools and services.
