Sur Global is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to own a data and reporting ecosystem built on Google Cloud and Tableau. You will be the primary operator of BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Scheduler, and the internal Tableau environment, ensuring timely, accurate data for Operations, Finance, People & Talent, and Sales.

Formación

• 5+ years in Business Intelligence or Analytics Engineering or a hybrid role.
• Hands-on GCP experience: BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Storage.
• Strong Python development for ETL pipelines and data processing.
• Advanced SQL for cloud data warehouses and data-quality troubleshooting.
• Tableau dashboards built from scratch and production reporting experience.
• Proficient with Git/GitHub workflows and version control.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
• English at B2 level or above.

Responsabilidades

• Own and operate the GCP data environment and Tableau dashboards across teams.
• Develop and maintain Python ETL pipelines pulling from Toggl, Rippling, Xero, Salesforce, and more.
• Extend data sources and analytics to enable new reporting capabilities.
• Automate recurring data workflows and replace scripts with reliable GCP functions.
• Own the full Tableau portfolio: data connections, SQL, refresh, QC, and bug fixes.
• Build new dashboards for executives, directors, and operations with clear visuals.
• Diagnose data issues across pipelines, dashboards, and source systems; route to resolution.
• Maintain consistent naming, schema docs, and dataset organization in BigQuery.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate needs into data solutions.
