Job summary

Syneos Health Argentina is seeking an IMS Specialist I to support investigator payments for clinical trials in Argentina and Mexico. You will work with internal teams to ensure funds are available before payments are issued, and you will monitor site payment status.

The role requires a BA/BS in business, accounting or finance, strong Excel skills, and experience with CTMS tools. You will collaborate with accounts payable, project management and regional colleagues to maintain accurate funding

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience with CTMS tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers investigator payments to trials per sponsor and organization policies.
• Manages payments data in CTMS tools and coordinates with project teams.
• Prepares grant payment requests and interfaces with accounts payable.
• Creates and reconciles project reports for sponsors and management.
• Follows up on invoices, discrepancies, and refunds with sites.
• Supports audits of site payments and deposits.
• Occasional travel up to 25%.
