Job summary

Syneos Health Argentina S.A. is seeking a Project Data Manager to act as the Functional Lead for Data Management, coordinating a data operations team and ensuring timely delivery of all DM activities in line with SOPs.

You will liaise with project management, clinical monitoring and other groups, while supporting audits and TMF maintenance. The role requires strong project leadership, CRO experience where possible, and solid experience with Oracle Clinical, Rave or Inform.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in biological sciences or RN; or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Clinical data management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Clinical Data Management practices and relational databases.
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated staff leadership skills.
• CDM with CRO experience preferred.
• Direct exposure to Oracle Clinical, Rave, or Inform systems.
• Proficiency with MS Windows, Office Suite; strong written and spoken communication.
• Good organization, planning and time management; multitasking under deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Functional Lead for Data Management and primary liaison between Data Management/Operations and Project Management.
• Coordinate the work of the assigned Data Management/Data Operations team.
• Ensure launch, delivery and completion of all Data Management activities per SOPs and regulations.
• Provide project-specific training to internal and external audiences as required.
• Manage financial aspects: revenue recognition, scope changes, and project review participation.
• Monitor project progress and communicate with Sponsor and project team using status reports and metrics.
• Plan, manage and request resources for assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, specifications and documentation as per SOPs.
• Maintain TMF filing and participate in internal/external audits.
• Train and mentor data management staff; participate in bid defense meetings.
• Maintain proficiency in Data Management systems and processes through training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
