Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of clinical trial data across complex global studies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to oversee data management from startup through database lock.

You'll coordinate resources, manage timelines, and contribute to continuous improvement in data management practices within a remote Argentina-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in biomedical sciences, life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical data management or a related role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries.
• Working knowledge of clinical data management best practices and technologies used in clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical data management activities across multiple complex global studies from start-up through closeout.
• Coordinate resources to ensure data management deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain key trial documentation, including data management plans, database specifications, edit check specifications, and related study materials.
• Drive effective user acceptance testing (UAT) to support high-quality database builds and study execution.
• Manage vendor data reconciliation activities and define specifications for reconciliation outputs.
• Oversee data cleaning efforts to ensure accurate, complete, and reliable clinical trial data.
• Monitor study progress through key metrics, identify risks, and communicate concerns to data management leadership.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, representing Data Management in study meetings and cross-functional discussions.
• Lead or contribute to process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data management efficiency and quality.
