Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical project management or related field.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations.
• Experience with SOP, GCP, and country-specific regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, create, and communicate clinical study timelines to meet milestones and stay on track.
• Gather input from cross-functional teams to create comprehensive plans for timely deliverables.
• Ensure consistency of clinical study processes across trials by standardizing procedures and best practices.
• Oversee and resolve operational aspects of clinical trials, ensuring SOP/GCP compliance.
• Select sites and vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships for timely delivery.
• Prepare clinical trial budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure the study remains within budget.
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and address deviations by following up with team members.
• Implement and align the clinical development strategy with project goals and objectives.
• Develop trial recruitment strategies, identify target populations, create recruitment materials, monitor enrollment.
