Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in biomedical sciences, life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in clinical data management or a related role in pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• 2–4 years of people management experience.
• Experience coordinating across study portfolios and sponsor governance meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical data management teams and study portfolios to support successful project execution and budget management.
• Serve as primary escalation point for study-related issues and drive timely resolution with stakeholders.
• Represent the organization in sponsor governance meetings and foster strong sponsor relationships.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through training and performance management.
• Partner with business development to contribute to proposals and sponsor discussions.
• Support audits, inspections, and third-party reviews; drive corrective actions.
• Lead departmental initiatives for process improvements and operational efficiencies across data management.
