TransPerfect is seeking a Client Services Associate to act as the first level of client support and to coordinate and manage language projects from initiation to completion. The role is on-site at our Colegiales offices in CABA, Argentina, and requires strong English communication and client-facing skills.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Substantial customer service and/or project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks and work in a team environment.
• Must be willing to learn new things, be open to challenges and thrive on success.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to client requests for new project initiatives through our centralized technology.
• Collaborate with production team to assess scope and produce cost/time estimates for translation projects.
• Initiate all project work with budget, schedule and instructions to project team.
• Ensure pitfalls are addressed with the client before submission to production team.
• Proactively learn about clients’ industry and company culture to educate the project team.
• Monitor and communicate project progress, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Serve as the central point of contact between external client and internal production staff.
• Set and fulfill client expectations while complying with ISO standards.
• Troubleshoot problem projects and communicate issues to clients and staff.
