Formación

• BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering required.
• ECSA Pr. Eng or Pr. Tech Eng registration required.
• Minimum 6 years experience in civil engineering focusing on land and urban development.
• Proficiency in CAD software for site layout and infrastructure design.
• Experience navigating municipal planning processes and approvals.

Responsabilidades

• Develop master plans and site development designs for urban projects, incorporating infrastructure services.
• Design and coordinate the provision of roads, stormwater drainage, water supply, and sanitation systems for new developments.
• Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and prepare design documentation for municipal approvals.
• Liaise with town planners, architects, environmental consultants, and municipal authorities.
• Manage project aspects related to land development, ensuring compliance with zoning, environmental, and engineering standards.
• Contribute to the conceptualization and strategic planning of sustainable urban infrastructure solutions.
