Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Change Order Manager in Argentina to lead budget creation for change orders across project management, finance analysts, and functional leads. The role focuses on developing, explaining, and presenting variance analyses for client-facing change orders.

The successful candidate will track change order requests, contribute to departmental metrics, and participate in internal and client calls on a routine basis, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, finance/accounting or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in proposal and/or change order preparation in an Excel-based costing tool.

Responsibilities

• Lead change order budget creation between project management, functional leads, and financial analysts.
• Provide variance analysis for change orders and prepare for client presentation.
• Track and record change order requests to develop departmental metrics.
• Lead or participate in internal and client calls regularly.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity of all change order information and assumptions.
