Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• CPA certification is an asset.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project accounting.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Proficiency with financial management tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP).

Responsibilities

• Set up projects and budgets in financial systems.
• Review client agreements and map to internal cost structure.
• Prepare and upload project budgets and amendments affecting scope/timeline.
• Track revenue/expenses and perform project reconciliation.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and variance analysis.
• Manage invoicing accuracy and client inquiries.
