ZS is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Techno-Functional professional to drive end-to-end discovery and blueprinting for complex patient support programs. You will own the functional design of Salesforce Health Cloud components, align capabilities with business goals, and collaborate with architects to define data models and integrations.

You’ll also serve as the main liaison among business, IT, and delivery teams, conducting executive workshops to define KPIs and governance.

Formación

• 7+ years in Business Analysis or techno-functional roles, with 3+ years in Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud.
• Experience in pharma patient services, HUB operations, or oncology support.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions and UX considerations.
• Excellent user-story writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering projects with Agile methodologies and cloud platforms.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end discovery and blueprinting for complex patient support programs (enrollment, case management, benefit verification, nurse triage, AI‑enabled tools)
• Own the functional design of core Health Cloud components, ensuring alignment of Salesforce capabilities with business objectives
• Collaborate with solution architects to define data models, integrations, and system boundaries
• Serve as the primary liaison between business, IT, and delivery teams; facilitate executive‑level workshops to define KPIs, governance frameworks, and future‑state operating models
• Act as the main escalation point for delivery and client issues, driving resolution through structured problem‑solving and stakeholder alignment
• Apply negotiation and influence skills to align on scope, timelines, resource allocation, and competing priorities without impacting delivery outcomes
• Manage the full requirements lifecycle — epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and refinement — ensuring traceability across design, build, and testing phases
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog for sustainable delivery, translating business objectives into clear scope, priorities, and trade‑offs
• Build and scale reusable delivery artifacts (playbooks, RAID frameworks, estimation models) and reinforce standard Agile/SDLC practices across teams
• Define integration requirements with HUBs, specialty pharmacies, and patient ecosystems; map data flows across onboarding, benefit verification, prescription status, nurse interactions, and safety events
• Lead KPI design and reporting frameworks covering therapy initiation, adherence, contact‑center performance, and patient outcomes
• Lead UAT planning, business validation, and defect triage
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and pharma codes of conduct
• Support training, change management, and rollout planning
• Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams (PMs, BAs, engineers) on delivery rigor, stakeholder communication, and problem‑solving; support onboarding and development of junior team members
• Advise on patient pathways, financial assistance, prior authorization, reimbursement models, digital adherence, and specialty therapy services
• Guide multi‑market, multi‑brand scalable solution design across therapeutic areas

What you’ll bring:

• 7+ years of Business Analyst or Techno‑Functional experience, with at least 3 years in Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud implementations.
• Strong background in pharma patient services, specialty therapies, HUB operations, case management, or oncology support.
• Proven experience leading discovery and blueprinting workshops and translating business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent user‑story writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Significant supervisory, coaching, and hands‑on project management skills
• Extensive experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure and GCP
• Deep knowledge of enterprise data management, advanced analytics, process automation, and application development
• Familiarity with industry‑ standard products and platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Salesforce, Power BI, Cloud.
• Experience in delivering projects using agile methodologies
• Fluency in English

• Capable of managing a virtual global team for the timely delivery of multiple projects
• Experienced in analyzing and troubleshooting interactions between databases, operating systems, and applications
