ZS is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, including Lifesciences Cloud and DataCloud. You will work closely with analysts, architects, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into robust implementations.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, integration leadership, and technical mentorship, with a strong focus on best practices, documentation, and quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 3–6+ years IT experience with 3+ years Salesforce development.
• Active Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud) preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development and strong problem-solving skills.

What you’ll do: Senior Salesforce Developer in the Architecture & Engineering EC will

Design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that automate and optimize business processes for ZS clients. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust Salesforce implementations. This role combines hands-on development, solution design, integration leadership, and technical mentorship.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer you will be expected to work on multiple SF cloud including but not limited to Salesforce Lifesciences Cloud, Agentforce, Salesforce DataCloud, Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using a combination of configuration and custom development on the Force.com platform
• Build and customize Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
• Design and develop modular, scalable Salesforce components that integrate into larger enterprise solutions
• Develop custom integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, web services, outbound messaging, middleware, and iPaaS tools
• Lead and contribute to technical discussions with internal teams and client stakeholders on solution design, integrations, and development approaches
• Configure and extend Salesforce features including Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Approval Processes, and Alerts
• Build invocable Apex classes and Lightning applications to support business automation
• Create comprehensive unit tests and ensure code coverage, robustness, and adherence to Salesforce best practices
• Contribute to application architecture, interaction frameworks, and holistic system design
• Prepare and maintain high-quality technical and design documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify, manage, and proactively mitigate technical risks and issues
• Participate in and contribute to code reviews, design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor and support junior developers and contribute to the Salesforce practice knowledge base
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform innovations (e.g., Agentoforce capabilities), and AppExchange solutions
• Support Agile delivery practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development standards

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• 3-6+ years of overall IT experience, with 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Active Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies preferred
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Salesforce configuration, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including packaged and custom applications
• Solid understanding of SDLC, system design, security, authentication (OAuth 2.0), and integration patterns
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools, environments, and release management
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global, virtual, and client-facing environment
• Fluency in English
