ZS Associates is seeking a technically skilled Analytics Tech Consultant in Argentina. You will collaborate with client and internal teams to design and deliver scalable technology solutions, focusing on data processing, ELT pipelines, and SPM/ICM implementations. Strong SQL, English fluency, and problem‑solving are essential.

You will engage in varied projects, travel as needed, and leverage Xactly/Varicent experience to drive value for clients in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• Strong SQL skills to query and analyze structured data.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to translate requirements into tech solutions.
• Experience with end‑to‑end SPM or ICM implementations.
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• 0–3+ years delivering small/medium tech solutions.
• Good communication and global collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel to client or office locations.
• Experience or certification with Xactly/Varicent or similar tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English; client‑first mentality; strong work ethic; collaborative spirit.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with ZS internal teams and client teams to shape and implement high quality technology solutions that address critical business problems
• Understand and analyze business problems thoroughly, and translate them into technical designs effectively
• Design and implement technical features using best practices for the specific technology stack being used
• Configure SPM solutions, using tools such as Xactly/Varicent, based on provided designs
• Work on ELT/data pipelines, integrations, and support data processing tasks with guidance
• Assist in the development phase of implementing technology solutions for client engagements, ensuring effective problem-solving
• Apply appropriate development methodologies (e.g., agile, waterfall, system integrated testing, mid-development client reviews, embedded QA procedures, unit testing) to ensure successful and timely completion of projects
• Provide guidance and support to team members in creating comprehensive project implementation plans
• Work closely with a development team to accurately interpret and implement business requirements

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS or related field with academic excellence
• Strong SQL skills, including ability to query, validate, reconcile, and analyze structured datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to convert intricate business requirements into technology solutions
• Exposure to at least one end-to-end SPM or ICM implementation lifecycle
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• 0-3+ years of relevant professional experience in delivering small/medium-scale technology solutions
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with global teams
• Travel to other offices as required to collaborate with clients or internal project teams
• Experience or Certification with Xactly, Varicent, or similar tools is a plus
• Fluency in English
