EY Global Delivery Services is seeking a Business Assistant with German to support engagement management and financial processes in the CABA region. The role covers opportunities capture, pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and billing activities, with CRM upkeep and system support.

Fluency in German and strong English and MS Office skills are required. You will work closely with stakeholders to address ad-hoc requirements and promote knowledge sharing, ensuring high-quality client service and

Formación

Fluent in German (written and oral).
Strong English knowledge (written and oral).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communications and organizational skills.
Detail oriented with ability to analyze complex processes.

Responsabilidades

Capture and maintain opportunities and projects in the dedicated system.
Support with the technical implementation in the respective tools.
Support in pricing, budgeting and forecasting.
Regular proactive analysis and discussions with Engagement Teams around services and projects.
Preparation of complex settlements; Billing activities and interfirm statements.
Engagement Management support for system-related topics: CRM updates, PACE & AML initiation.
Provide process-related analysis on ongoing projects (reporting).
Collaborate with stakeholders to handle ad-hoc requirements.
Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices; stay connected with business experts.
