EY is seeking a Supervising Associate to lead a high-performing Business Assistants team providing critical support to senior leaders. You will drive operational excellence, mentor team members, and align services with business goals across a CoE.

The role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and strategic contribution, including cross-functional stakeholder engagement and remote/hybrid team management in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Leadership experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Proven supervisory experience in a CoE or shared services.
• Excellent German language skills at C1 level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Business Assistants supporting executives.
• Foster trust, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
• Conduct performance reviews and developmental conversations.
• Oversee daily operations and SLA adherence.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and process improvement.
• manage stakeholder relationships and escalation handling.
