Syneos Health is seeking a Mid-Weight Conceptual Designer in Buenos Aires. You will respond to briefs with high-quality designs, blending creative ideas with strategic thinking while collaborating with planners, strategists, art directors, copywriters and project managers to meet client needs.

You will drive branding and visual storytelling across print, digital, and immersive media, ensuring brand guidelines are followed and craft is world-class.

Formación

• Degree or proven creative experience in advertising/design.
• 3+ years of agency experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong design, typography and retouching, plus motion/video.
• Experience across web/digital design and brand storytelling.
• Ability to understand briefs and ask questions when needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative designs for print, digital, social, banners, infographics, and presentations.
• Produce high-quality work with strong creative ideas and craft.
• Contribute to creative strategies and enhance user experiences.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into design.
• Ensure visual identity consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple design projects, meeting timelines and priorities.
