Syneos Health is seeking a Mid-Weight Conceptual Designer in Buenos Aires. You will respond to briefs with high-quality, brand-driven designs across print, digital and social assets, balancing creativity with commercial goals.

You’ll collaborate with planners, strategists, art directors, copywriters and project managers to ensure brand integrity, craft, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Degree-level qualification or proven creative experience in advertising or design agency.
• 3+ years of agency experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong design, typography and understanding of retouching, video and motion.
• Experience in regulated sectors.
• Storyboarding and illustration skills.
• Solid experience across web layout/digital design.
• Able to understand briefs and ask questions when needed.
• Strong design skills with multiple styles and ideas.
• Good understanding of design trends and how to harness them.
• Problem solving with a can-do attitude.
• Proactive in knowledge development.
• Organized, multi-tasking, and deadline oriented.
• Positive and collaborative attitude with teams and clients.
• Strong creative POV aligned with business goals.
• Deep understanding of how branding elevates a brand.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualizing, developing, and executing innovative and visually appealing designs for marketing materials across print, digital, social, banners, infographics, and presentations.
• Able to think creatively, be detail oriented, and consistently deliver high quality designs.
• Contribute to development of effective creative strategies and enhance user experiences to meet marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into compelling design work.
• Ensure consistency in visual identity and brand guidelines across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, meeting timelines and priorities.
