Syneos Health is seeking a Mid-Weight Conceptual Designer in Buenos Aires. You will respond to briefs with high-quality designs, blending creative ideas with strategic thinking while collaborating with planners, strategists, art directors, copywriters and project managers to meet client needs.

You will drive branding and visual storytelling across print, digital, and immersive media, ensuring brand guidelines are followed and craft is world-class.

Formación

• Degree or proven creative experience in advertising/design.
• 3+ years of agency experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong design, typography and retouching, plus motion/video.
• Experience across web/digital design and brand storytelling.
• Ability to understand briefs and ask questions when needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

As a Mid-Weight Conceptual Designer, you’ll need to show a passion for brand and branding. You’re a highly motivated designer committed to creating inspiring work and who has a genuine interest in bringing brand stories to life. You’ll need the ability to mix creative flair with commercial awareness and the experience of remaining composed when things get busy.

As a multi-disciplined Mid-Weight Conceptual Designer, your primary role is to respond to creative briefs, creating quality designs, delivering work with brilliant creative ideas, exceptional design and craft skills and smart strategic thinking, while also having a good understanding of digital and UX design principles. Working in collaboration with the wider creative team which will include planners, strategists, art directors, copywriters and project managers, you will be responsible for ensuring our creative work and service meets the needs and expectations of our clients.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Conceptualizing, developing, and executing innovative and visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing materials. These materials will span print collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, web banners, infographics, and presentations.
• Able to think creatively, be detail oriented and believe in consistently delivering high quality designs
• Contribute to the development of effective creative strategies, enhancing user experiences and achieving marketing objectives.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate ideas into compelling design work
• Ensuring consistency in the use of our visual identity and adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables will be a key aspect of your role
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, adhering to timelines, milestones, and priorities to meet project deadlines effectively

Leadership and Professional Competencies:

• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across multiple mediums, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, along with other relevant design software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• A passion for creativity, innovation, and a keen eye for aesthetics, bringing fresh and original ideas to the table.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, project requirements, and emerging design trends

Qualifications / Experience

• A degree-level qualification or proven creative experience working in an advertising or design agency
• Have 3 + years of agency experience
• Highly proficient Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Highly proficient in design, typography and have a good understanding of retouching, video and motion
• Experience in regulated sectors
• Storyboarding and illustration skills
• Solid experience in working across a range of web layout/digital design projects
• Can easily understand a brief and take the initiative to ask questions when needed
• Have great design skills and a thousand unique styles and ideas tucked away
• Have a strong understanding of design trends and how to harness them
• Can problem solve and bring solutions to the table with a can-do attitude
• Are proactive and committed to developing your knowledge and skills
• Organized and self-disciplined, with an ability to multi-task and consistently hit deadlines.
• Positive and collaborative attitude, with own team, wider organization and external collaborators
• Strong creative POV with an understanding of business objectives.
• A deep understanding of how creative elevates a brand and achieves success
