Flagstar Bank N.A. is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant I to deliver front-line client service and transactional support at our Peru, IN location.

You will greet clients, identify needs, and perform teller functions while upholding accuracy, risk standards, and regulatory requirements. You will support branch growth and service goals by balancing transactions with client engagement, timely problem resolution, and collaboration with branch teammates.

Formación

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum experience: 1–2 years of customer service, cash handling, or retail.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (all Teller related functions) and primary client acquisition.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner.
• Risk Management: Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions; adhere to bank policies and regulations.
