Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• +3 years of architectural design and technical development in construction projects.
• Advanced English is required.
• Experience with BIM software (Revit/ArchiCAD) is essential.
• Experience delivering projects for the US market is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architectural and technical design process for the project.
• Oversee design quality and provide guidance to the design team.
• Maintain Documentation Set and BIM model integrity across stages.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants for coordination.
• Participate in design and construction coordination for integration.
