The Project Architect will lead the architectural and technical design, ensuring the quality and completeness of project documentation and aligning outcomes with client requirements and industry standards.

They will maintain the BIM model and Documentation Set, coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants, and drive design reviews.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• 3+ years of architectural design and technical development in construction.
• Experience with BIM environments and US projects preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architectural and technical design process aligned to client needs and standards.
• Oversee design quality with regular reviews and guidance to the team.
• Maintain project documentation set and BIM model accuracy throughout the project.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and consultants for integrated delivery.
• Participate in design and construction coordination to ensure seamless integration.

Role Overview

As a role dedicated to delivering project outcomes, the Project Architect's responsibilities are dynamic, focusing on ensuring the quality and completeness of project documentation. Their primary objective is to produce high-quality architectural solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards. Leading the design process and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, the Project Architect plays a crucial role in achieving project success. They uphold professional standards and contribute to the excellence of project deliverables through their expertise and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural and technical design process of the project, developing creative and functional solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Oversee design quality, conducting regular reviews and providing guidance to the design team to ensure a high-quality final outcome.
• Maintain the integrity of the project's Documentation Set and the BIM model, ensuring it is complete, accurate, and up-to-date at all project stages.
• Collaborate closely with other project team members, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to effectively coordinate design and project implementation.
• Actively participate in design and construction coordination, ensuring seamless integration of architectural and technical aspects of the project.

Competences & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• +3 years of experience in architectural design and technical development in construction projects, preferably in a BIM environment.
• ONLY Advanced/Native English speakers will be considered.
• Profound knowledge and experience in using BIM software, such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or others.
• Previous work experience developing projects for the US is a must.
• In-depth working knowledge in construction with emphasis production work in a team environment and project setup required.
• Enthusiastic, team player, and quick learner
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment and collaborate with different teams and disciplines.
