The Project Architect will lead the architectural and technical design, ensuring the quality and completeness of project documentation and aligning outcomes with client requirements and industry standards.
They will maintain the BIM model and Documentation Set, coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants, and drive design reviews.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
- 3+ years of architectural design and technical development in construction.
- Experience with BIM environments and US projects preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
Responsabilidades
- Lead architectural and technical design process aligned to client needs and standards.
- Oversee design quality with regular reviews and guidance to the team.
- Maintain project documentation set and BIM model accuracy throughout the project.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors and consultants for integrated delivery.
- Participate in design and construction coordination to ensure seamless integration.
