AgileEngine in Mendoza, Argentina is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders and IT to define KPIs, data definitions, and analytic needs.

The role requires 4+ years of Power BI dashboard development, strong SQL, data modeling, DAX, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based sources; English level must be upper-intermediate; flextime with

Qualifications

4+ years of professional Power BI dashboard/report development.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reports.
Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
Onboard and integrate data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow.
Improve data consistency, quality, and reliability with teams.
Promote reusable data models and scalable analytics solutions.
Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics usage.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
Work in an Agile environment with distributed and remote teams.
