InvGate is seeking a bilingual Implementation Engineer to lead end-to-end implementations of ITSM and ITAM solutions for diverse clients. You will be the main customer contact, translating business needs into practical plans and milestones, while collaborating with Sales for presales validations.

You will work with Product, R&D, and Customer teams to overcome complex challenges and deliver demonstrable value, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience delivering software implementation projects in SaaS environments.
• Direct interaction with customers and stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
• Strong project management, planning, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Experience with ITSM, ITIL, or IT operations processes.
• Advanced level of English."

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for ITSM & ITAM solutions.
• Act as main point of contact for customers during implementation.
• Translate customer requirements into implementation plans and milestones.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical validations, and proofs of concept.
• Support RFIs, RFPs, and solution validation with Sales.
• Coordinate with Product, R&D, and Customer teams to resolve challenges.
• Produce documentation and guidelines for configuration and adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and best practices.
