Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling emails and phone calls in English and Spanish.
• Keep case development on track by following workflows and flagging delays.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to surface client questions and provide timely guidance.
• Maintain accurate tracking and update clients on case status and next steps.
• Contribute to the development of company protocols and processes.
