Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a high-performing Strategic Territory Sales Executive to lead a defined territory across Spanish and English markets. You will own the sales strategy, build a healthy pipeline, and drive revenue growth by aligning Autodesk solutions with customer goals.

This hybrid role requires strong enterprise software sales experience, excellent relationship skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

Experience selling Enterprise Software, SaaS, or technology solutions.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a defined territory.
Strong consultative selling and complex solution sales capabilities.
Solid territory planning, pipeline development, and forecasting skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Fluency in Spanish and English (native or professional).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on revenue growth and market expansion.
Generate new business while nurturing existing customer relationships and recurring revenue.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline across the territory and hit sales targets.
Collaborate with partners and internal teams to identify opportunities and drive adoption.
Lead customer conversations on business outcomes and value realization.
