Caramel Point is seeking a Data Engineer for a 100% remote contract role focused on scalable data solutions built on Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery. You will design, build, and optimize data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing for an international analytics project.

Fluency in English and solid data testing practices are essential. Requirements include extensive Data Engineer experience, strong GCP/BigQuery skills, and advanced SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Analyze source data and implement data transformations.
• Build and maintain Data Warehouse and Data Mart solutions.
• Ensure data quality through validations and unit testing.
• Optimize BigQuery performance, queries, and costs.
• Ensure data pipelines are reliable, scalable, and efficient.
• Collaborate with Data Architecture, Analytics, and business teams.
