Fiesta Health Llc is seeking a Data Migration Lead to plan and execute data migration activities for a major enterprise migration. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

The role is 100% remote with working hours in UTC (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). English (Intermediate/Advanced) is required for interviews and daily work, with CVs submitted in English.

Formación

• Must have proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies; experience in ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.
