Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to guide a high-impact data migration project for a global automotive manufacturer.

You will plan end-to-end migrations, define the approach, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage risks to ensure a reliable transition to the target system. The ideal candidate has proven leadership in large-scale data migration programs, strong methodology knowledge, and fluent English for interviews and daily work in UTC hours (9:00–17:00).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies; ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
