Lever, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to direct and manage end-to-end data migration activities for a global automotive-focused program.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, defining migration approach and controls, and proactively managing risks to ensure a reliable transition to the target system. Applicants should have proven leadership in large-scale data migration projects, experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA or similar), and strong English skills for interviews

Formación

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA or similar) preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English for interviews and daily work.

• Intermediate to advanced English - interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
