Lever, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to steer a critical migration program for a global automotive client. You will plan, govern, and execute data movement across multiple workstreams, defining the approach and controls to ensure accuracy and reliability.

This remote role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and reporting progress to senior stakeholders. English fluency is required for interviews and daily work, with UTC 9:00–17:00 hours aligned to the client

Formación

• Experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
