YO AI Labs is seeking a senior Data Migration Lead to spearhead a critical migration program for a global automotive client. You will plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and readiness for the target ERP system.

You will manage cross-functional teams, define migration controls and risk strategies, and report progress to senior stakeholders. English fluency and UTC-aligned working hours are required for this remote role.

Formación

• Lead data migration efforts in large-scale programs.
• Define and implement migration methodology including ETL, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Coordinate跨-functional teams across workstreams (data, IT, business).
• Develop migration controls and risk management strategies; work with ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred).
• English required for interviews and daily work; UTC timezone availability (9:00–17:00).

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology : extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategiesExperience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English - interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
