AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that transform enterprise data into actionable insights. You will partner with business stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs, and translate them into scalable data models and visuals.

The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL, and proficiency with Snowflake and SAP data ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards/reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational/analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPIs, and data consistency.
• Experience onboarding data from enterprise sources.
• Strong troubleshooting across data solution layers.
• Excellent communication to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate with IT and data owners to identify required data and source structures.
• Support onboarding/integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, reliability, and consistency.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions across domains.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics for decisions.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed/remote teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
• Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data, understand source structures, and coordinate data availability.
• Support the onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the complete flow from source system → data platform → semantic/model layer → Power BI.
• Collaborate with business data owners and technical teams to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models, common KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions instead of isolated reports.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective data visualization and the use of analytics to support decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment and collaborate with distributed and remote teams.
