Job summary
AgileEngine in Mendoza, Argentina is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.
You will design data models, integrate Snowflake and SAP data sources, and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure data quality and reliable analytics in an Agile environment. Remote/office flexibility and USD-based compensation are offered.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Power BI dashboard/report development.
- Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices.
- Strong SQL skills with relational/analytical data.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
- Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP source systems.
- Data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
- Strong business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Ability to translate business needs into data requirements.
- Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
- Experience onboarding data from enterprise source systems.
- Strong troubleshooting across data solution layers.
- Excellent data visualization communication for non-technical audiences.
- Upper-intermediate English.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
- Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data needs and structures.
- Support onboarding of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source→ platform→ model→ Power BI.
- Promote reusable data models, KPI definitions, and scalable analytics.

- 4+ years of strong professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices .

- Experience working with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems .

- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the complete flow from source system → data platform → semantic/model layer → Power BI.
- Collaborate with business data owners and technical teams to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
- Promote reusable data models, common KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions instead of isolated reports.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective data visualization and the use of analytics to support decision-making.
- Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
